Frontline Connect ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of NRI families and their elderly parents. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data.

1. What data we collect

• Subscriber (NRI family): Name, email, WhatsApp number, country of residence, payment information (via Razorpay)
• Parent (elder in India): Name, age, medical conditions, medications, address, mood, vitals readings, visit notes, photos from visits
• Coordinator: Name, email, phone, city, performance data, visit logs

2. How we use your data

• Delivering care services — coordinator assignment, visit scheduling, health monitoring
• Communication — WhatsApp alerts, monthly reports, billing notifications
• Platform improvement — aggregated analytics (never sold or shared with third parties)
• Legal compliance — records retained as required by Indian law

3. Data sharing

We share data only with: (a) your assigned coordinator, (b) payment processor Razorpay, (c) messaging provider Twilio, (d) cloud storage Supabase and Cloudinary. All processors are contractually bound to DPDP-compliant data handling. We do not sell data. We do not share with advertisers.

4. Data retention

Active accounts: data retained for the duration of subscription plus 90 days. After cancellation: personal data deleted within 90 days. Health records: retained for 3 years as required by Indian medical record guidelines.

5. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — update inaccurate information at any time via your dashboard
• Deletion — request erasure of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Portability — request a machine-readable export of your data

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to health data is role-restricted — coordinators see only their assigned parents, subscribers see only their own family. We conduct quarterly security reviews.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for session management. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect the main platform functionality.
