We are currently live in Thrissur and Ernakulam (Cochin), Kerala. We are expanding to more cities soon — if your parent is in another city, submit an enquiry and we will add you to our waitlist and notify you when we launch there.
Yes. Every coordinator undergoes background verification, reference checks, and in-person training before assignment. We also maintain ongoing quality monitoring through visit logs, family feedback, and admin reviews.
Your coordinator responds immediately, calling ambulance services and liaising with the hospital, and sending you WhatsApp updates throughout. The Frontline Connect admin team is also alerted. You will always have someone to call and full information on what is happening.
