Terms of Service

By subscribing to Frontline Connect ("Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

Frontline Connect is an elder care coordination platform that connects NRI families with verified local care coordinators in India. We facilitate care visits, health monitoring, and family communication. We are a coordination service, not a licensed medical provider.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay
• Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days from start date
• Monthly plans can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing date
• Failed payments will be retried 3 times over 7 days before service pause
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

3. Care services and limitations

• Coordinators are verified, trained individuals — not licensed doctors or nurses
• Vitals monitoring is for family awareness only — not a substitute for medical diagnosis
• Emergency coordination is best-effort — we cannot guarantee response times during natural disasters or network outages
• Service coverage is limited to cities where we have active coordinators

4. Subscriber responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the parent's medical conditions and preferences
• Ensure the parent is aware of and consents to care visits and monitoring
• Maintain a valid payment method on file
• Not engage coordinators for services outside the platform

5. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly subscribers: cancel anytime, service continues until period end. Annual subscribers: pro-rated refund within 30 days; no refund after 30 days. Free health check and insurance benefits are non-transferable and void on cancellation.

6. Liability

Frontline Connect's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for medical outcomes, coordinator decisions, or third-party service failures (insurance, labs, hospitals).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Kerala under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
